In February, I had to chance to take pictures of a styled shoot organized by Melanie and Eva from Mel Up Events. They wanted to tell the story of a couple, Morgan and Theo, that would get married in Paris.
The wedding venue was the Westin Paris near place Vendôme, a luxury hotel facing the Tuileries Gardens.
Helene from Atelier Mimoza Paris joined the team as the floral designer and composed a huge and magnificent floral decoration for the hotel suite where the two lovebirds got prepared.
We wanted to feature a modern bride that had decided to wear a pant suit from 17h10 Paris for the couple shots in Paris. The couple enjoyed the first sun rays of the day in Pont Alexandre III, facing the Eiffel Tower. The Louvre was also a perfect setting for their Parisian walk.
Back to the Westin Paris Vendome Hotel, we shot these lovers in the common spaces, especially in the courtyard. We really like its bohemian trailer and its romantic swing. They also enjoyed a glass of champagne on the suite balcony, with a view on the Tuileries, Louvre, and Eiffel Tower.
The highlight of this styled shoot was also that we wanted to feature the grandiose salons of the Westin Paris Vendome Hotel, where weddings are usually celebrated.
Alma from Alma Cake Design created a marbled wedding cake that echoed the fireplace mantles of the hotel.
We concluded the styled shoot on a very festive note by creating a dance party atmosphere.
